What happens once a care order has been
made.
The parents and the local authority must
agree a written plan to meet the child's
needs. This plan will include details such
as where the child will live, who the child
will have contact with, other local
authority services the child and her/his
family will receive, how disagreements and
complaints will be dealt with, when reviews
will take place. |
